Offer users ability to sell internet access and host a server basically from their source
Like i2p and tor. Tor handshakes and nodes. Anyone can become a node. Best nodes have the highest up time. Have sites able to be mirrored to other sources to make the sites faster connections. People can host these sites their self from phones or computer/server. Or get paid to strengthen someone else’s connection. Incentives What would be the incentive to get new users on? Ability like tor, more privacy. Less ddos attacks when new places can pop up all the time and connect backend differently. Front end will be separate and have the ability to duplicate databases to mitigate attacks on main backend server. Just revert to backup. And have a backup for the backup. Then cycle again.
Or pay new users to host from their node. That’s the incentive. Contracts. So hosting a site from a node may entail a contract?
