Save Temporary Hold settings > page not reflecting after refresh #19

Page acts like scheduling is still active even though temp hold is in place. Even after 30 second reload

On start we should reset temp hold and perm hold config variables to default false state. When you click "Save Settings" button for temp hold (we should change that to "Temporary Hold" and "Permanent hold instead of at the bottom too), it should put into temporary hold mode at the least.

Once in this state too, no way to get out of it since page isn't updating that it's in temporary hold after clicking "Save Settings" button which should be just saving a temporary hold adjustment

Alright got that fixed also want to rename ⚙️ Adjust Settings to 🏋 Adjust Hold Settings

and 💾 Save Settings to 🏋 Temp Hold and another button next to it called 🏋 Perm Hold

Move the swing out of this area to a new page called "settings"
We will need to make a button to navigate there called ⚙️ Adjust Settings on home page.

This page will also be able to configure other config.json variables manually.
