Rotating ads with javascript. Maybe throw live streamers in their also. Main page. rotating ads, and live streamers also.
Who ever is live will show first, then if user refreshes page will show 2nd live option.
Have options ranked 1-100 highest rank will show first.
Maybe take note if certain people like live streams or not. That way can curate ads that they will like instead of producing ads that don't hit.
