Says no online members when i'm admin and online using /helpop. So kind of pointeless

When you type /help it's the first suggestion for getting help unfortunately also.

update a /staffhelp menu using cmi CustomText so new staff members can easily recognize how to perform their duties.
also create a /staffrules so staff know what not to do.

if staff is online, /admin /staff, then /helpop will ping them, don't like that though. would rather it send to a staff channel, and an admin can click the message to direct message the user. Also show in discord admin channel for an admin to help someone.
