Add non-interactive mode to redbot-setup (#5448)
* Simplify `redbot-setup backup` thanks to Click 8.0

* Add some of the missing type hints

* Fix unnecessary new lines in `redbot-setup` and `redbot-setup delete`

* Add default value for storage backend

* Add non-interactive mode to `redbot-setup`
