Update dm docstring for readability and grammar (+ period in contact) (#3946)

* update `dm` docstring

* few changes

* hmm

* cant make my mind up how to word it

* fk i forgot "and"

this is the last one, i promise

* add missing full stop in `contact` as im in this area of core_commands

* oh, see ^^^ review

* `click on` instead of `select`
